RETURN AND EXCHANGE ARE POSSIBLE!

Exchanges
We can accept exchanges for clothing that has not been worn, for up to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We cannot accept exchanges for jewelry.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

RETURN / REFUNDS

◊ You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and have the original tag.

◊ Return shipping will be at your own cost. 

◊ Returned products will be given a credit for the next purchase.

◊ Refunds will  be processed once the product has been inspected.
